CIBN to induct 784 new members
The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) has concluded plans to formally induct into its directorate a total of 784 members who have successfully completed the various qualifying professional examinations of the Institute in the year 2017.
These members will consist of 241 newly qualified Associates, 67 Chartered Bankers MBA, 413 MCIBs and 64 Core Diploma at its Annual Induction ceremony tagged: “2018 CIBN Graduates’ Induction and Prize Awards Day” in Lagos on August 18.
In preparing the minds of the newly inducted members for the challenges set ahead and to get them acquainted with essential skills to competing and surviving in the 21st century, a lecture titled: “The 21st Century Professional: Vital Skill Sets for Success” will be delivered by Usen Udoh, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Dangote Industries Limited.
The Special Guest of Honour will be Edward Adamu, deputy governor, corporate services Directorate, Central Bank of Nigeria while Uche Olowu, President and Chairman of Council of the institute will Chair the occasion.
The ceremony which will attract distinguished members of the banking community, corporate organizations, Fellows, Honorary Senior Members and Associates and well-wishers will witness the presentation of various prizes to Graduands who have distinguished themselves in the qualifying examinations.
