Chad military kills over 200 Boko Haram militants

Chad’s army killed more than 200 Boko Haram militants on Tuesday in a battle in the North Eastern Nigerian towns of Gambaru and Ngala, which are near the border with Cameroon, the army said on Wednesday, reports Reuters.

Militants from Boko Haram also attacked the town of Fotokol on Wednesday but were repelled, said a Chadian military source reached from the front by telephone.
