IFAD, W/Africa leaders speak on investments, steps to prevent food crises in Ebola-affected countries
Following his keynote address at the World Food Prize international symposium, Kanayo Nwanze, President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), will be joined by Florence Chenoweth, Minister of Agriculture, Liberia and Joseph Sam Sesay, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security, Sierra Leone, at a press conference to address the importance of investing in rural agriculture around the world, especially in the face of issues such as the current Ebola crisis, climate change, and other challenges.
