iWOW’s Global Possibilities Summit seeks leadership, entrepreneurship insights

In line with its vision to in- spire, enlighten, encourage, empower and connect women to their best selves and one another to accomplish a world of good, the Inspired Women Of Worth Network (iWOW) will, in the next couple of days, gather men and women for the fifth edition of its Global Possibilities Summit. Slated for March 20 and 21 in Lagos, the organizers of the summit have assembled a galaxy of industry chiefs as speakers and these include Marryanne Udo Okonjo, chairman\ CEO of Fine and Country International (WA), Emma- nuel Kachikwu, Executive Vice Chairman of Exxon Mobil; Bola Adesola, MD, Standard Chartered Bank, Michelle Hammond, author and speaker, and a host of others.

A statement from the organizers obtained by BusinessDay says the summit with the theme, ‘Unleash your WOW Factor’ would bring together women and the men who support women to learn leader- ship and entrepreneurship insights from experienced and respected speakers in an engaging and interactive atmosphere charged with inspiration.

“This is not an ordinary, boring been there, done that’ seminar, event or business summit. It is an experiential, out-of-the- box possibilities summit for women and men who are not afraid to unleash their WOW Factor”, the statement assures, disclosing that the key highlights of the event included inspirational insights, leadership lessons, and entrepreneurial exploits. iWOW) which was conceived in 2010, the statement points out, is the brain child of Udo Okonjo, adding that it has impacted many women across many countries including Nigeria, UK, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya Cameroon, Ireland and Canada. “Consistent with its mission ‘to accomplish a world of good through inspired, connected and empowered women’, iWOW has, over the last five years, championed several causes such as autism and breast cancer awareness”, the statement reveals, stressing that “the iWOW woman is inspired and equipped to unleash her WOW factor; trans- formed and emboldened to follow her dreams and is, at the same time, impacting her sphere of influence”.
