Uduaghan declares legal officers’ devt course open January 5

Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State will on Monday, January 5, 2015 declare open a 3-day customized developmental course for all legal officers in the Delta State Ministry of Justice.

A statement signed by the director of information, Paul Osahor, said that the development course will hold from Monday, January 5 to Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Orchid Hotel, Asaba at 9am each day.

The statement which further stated that registration of all participants will take place on Sunday, January 4, 2015, between the hours of 2pm and 6pm at the Ministry of Justice, along SSS Road, Asaba, stated that the course is mandatory for all legal officers including those on annual leave and that there shall be no registration by proxy and no registration will be entertained at the venue.

It said all legal officers on leave are enjoined to participate in this important training while all cases slated in court during the period of the course are to be adjourned, even as participants are to be seated at the venue at 8.30am prompt and must be dressed in black and formal – at least as they would appear in Magistrate Court.
