Elizade advise Toyota ‘fleet managers’ on regular maintenance
Fleet operators of Toyota model of vehicles have been called upon to pay more attention on the need to regularly maintain their vehicles as and when due. This piece of advise came to the front burner at the just concluded ‘2015 Fleet Managers’’ Forum held in Lagos, Nigeria commercial capital and home to automotive marketing business in the country.
Ademola Ade-Ojo, managing director, Elizade Nigeria Limited advised vehicles owners and motorists to ensure their vehicles are regularly checked to ensure they are in top condition. The managing director said that the principal objective for staging the forum annually is to provide an avenue to appreciate customers and also provide an avenue for beneficial interaction with fleet managers in Nigeria.
According to Ade-Ojo, the objective of the fleet managers’ forum is to engage in beneficial learning and further exchange business ideas in their common areas of relationship with a view to using same as a new template to serve customers better.
“As a company in the automotive industry, we consistently maintained the leadership position in rendering world-class services both in the sales and the after sales arms of our business. Our commitment to this programme year-in and out attest to the value we place on our customers cherished trust, loyalty and devotion to the Elizade-brand.” He remarked.
Elizade has always relied on its fleet manager’s contribution by way of constructive engagements over the years and your compliments and complaints will serve as an input into our Kaizen (continuous improvement to eliminate ‘muda’, that is waste) process and procedures for optimum result.
Ade Ojo called on both individual and corporate fleet customers to offer counsels that would enhance Elizade Nigeria’s ability to serve them better in other to reciprocate by providing fresh insights into how they can best derive optimum utility from the premium brand, ‘ the Toyota’.
He was optimistic that by the time the end of the forum, owners of Toyota would no doubt appreciate the fact that the brand choice made and partnership with Elizade were all borne out of sound economic wisdom.
Fleet managers at the forum that Elizade are also planning to increase its presence in Lagos by two new 3S (sales, service and spares) facilities at Mobolaji Bank-Anthony, Ikeja and Akin Adesola, Victoria Island, Lagos where vehicles can be attended to with the same level of expertise.
The Ibadan facility has been upgraded to handle every maintenance and repair need of our customers while Lekki and Akure 3S facilities are undergoing improvement and enlargement for better service delivery.
The Uyo 3S facility in Akwa Ibom State will be ready for commissioning by the end of the month. Let me also reiterate here that you can access our sales, service (including repairs) and spare parts operation currently in Port Harcourt, Uyo, Asaba and Umuahia including Enugu by next year. Management is also determined to further expand and strengthen its facilities to be able to meet customers demand as at when due.
