Local Renault shop opens free service checks

Renault Motors Nigeria is calling on customers who drive any of the Renault models under its dealership  to take advantage of the ongoing free service camp to diagnose and fix their vehicles within 90 minutes of visiting the service centre located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The initiative, which is the first since the new dealership was inaugurated, is in line with the tradition of Renault to always provide care for its vehicles and customers worldwide, sources inside the dealership said.

The franchisee said it is convinced that the incentive would reunite the dealership with past and existing customers as well as prospective customers especially those that wants to discover the power of Renault tagline, ‘Drive the change.’

Some of the checks that would in 90 minutes be carried out at zero cost soon as a customer drives into the workshop includes diagnosis, oil top-up, comprehensive check and rainy season defects. The incentive could also oblige customers who refers a prospective buyer to the showroom to instantly get 10% discount on any repair when next the customer visits the service centre.
