Mandilas Motors scoops 2015 Toyota Awards

The business environment in 2015 was not all that rosy for many players and the Nigeria’s automobile market was one of the worst hit. Sales figures for last year was said to have dropped by a staggering 67 per cent in an economy bogged by dwindling exchange rate and drop in the global prices of oil.

Only recently, Toyota Nigeria Limited (TNL) held its 2015 Awards during which occasion some accredited Toyota dealerships TNL were adequately rewarded for doing well in the market place last year, one of such outlets was Mandilas Enterprises Limited (Motors Division).

At an exclusive award event in Victoria Island, Lagos dedicated specifically for TNL dealers, Mandilas Enterprises Limited (Motors Division), a household name in Nigeria’s automotive industry spanning over decades, the dealership received many of Toyota Nigeria Ltd (TNL) Awards.

The company which inside sources say has done well in the sales, service and spare parts of Toyota vehicles in Nigeria said it has the highest number of branch networks in the country and can conveniently offer aftersales service and parts in any part of Nigeria.

During the dealership awards ceremony held at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, Mandilas clinched the dealer, overall best Toyota dealer, service manager, and the best dealer service team in year 2015. The company also won customer satisfaction manager, best customer satisfaction team in year, parts manager and best parts team of the year 2015. Mandilas also finished first runner ups on sales/marketing, technician’s skill contest and panel beating skill contest respectively.

Furthermore, the organisation has continued to join the global elite club of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) by the recent international KODAWARI Certification of her Port Harcourt branch.  Mandilas has three branches certified and is working harder towards certification of other branches and lays claims to a goal of highcustomers’ satisfaction as its goal.
