Stallion Nissan opens free service campaign

Stallion Nissan Motors Nigeria (NMN) has announced packages that would allow Nissan owners take advantage of its third nationwide free service campaign with comprehensive 80-point check-up during a two-week car care clinic holding November 3-15, 2014.

The campaign slated for designated Nissan cars up to 2012 model year is aimed at extending the advantages of the excellent services to customers and delivering world-class consumer experience to Nissan clientele as the Yuletide approaches, the dealership assured.

Announcing this incentive in Lagos, Srinivasa Jayaram, general manager – after sales service, Stallion NMN said: “the free service campaign is a comprehensive 80-point check-up and thorough examination of the engine, transmission, electrical, under-body, AC, exterior and so on with series of discounts on mechanical and body repairs.”

And for the first time, Stallion NMN will extend these services to three other locations including Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, where customers will be availed of Nissan first class car wash, special discounts on oils, select accessories, consumables and other value added services.

Srinivas said: “We understand the evolving needs and preferences of our customers going by the overwhelming requests we have received lately and we intend to provide the best of products and services to customers to enable them enjoy value-added experience. SNMN recognise the importance of excellence both in the quality of our vehicles and in after sales service,” he noted.

Stallion NMN was in May last year appointed Nissan national sales custodian and has moved swiftly to reposition the brand as Nigeria’s foremost automobile. 

“We have retrained our service technicians in multiple auto repair disciplines and acquaint them extensively in Nissan’s always-changing technology and I am proud to say we have some of the best technicians yet who can handle auto-repair jobs without much ado,” Srinivasa affirmed.

As part of the campaign, Stallion NMN will also instruct customers on ‘Do it yourself’ at the authorised service outlets to help customers understand and maintain their cars in a better manner such that they can do regular and routine inspection; manage emergency situations and embrace helpful driving tips and safety initiatives.
