 Breaks, even five-minute-long are one of the best things you can do during your workday, no matter what line of work you’re in. it is extremely beneficial, both physically and mentally. Breaks keep your eye happy and healthy, lower risks of job accidents, lower your body mass index and refresh your attention span and sustain concentration.
