Leadway Assurance gets industry top rating for customer service
Underwriting firm, Leadway Assurance Company Limited has received the award for “Best Customer Service Company in Insurance Services” at the just concluded 2015 edition of the Nigerian Customer Service Awards held in Lagos.
The awards are organized by the Nigerian Customer Service Awards (NCSA), a quality service organization that conducts an independent assessment of quality service. The agency uses votes received from customers of each organization, via a customer service tool that collates and analyzes feedback from each customer and grades their responses using world standards as benchmarks.
NCSA Co-ordinator Aliyu Illias, described the award as a clear confirmation of Leadway’s commitment to serve and corporate excellence. Commenting on the award, Head Retail Marketing/Banassurance of Leadway Assurance, Mr. Olufemi Adebayo said “We are humbled and proud to be recognized as the Best Customer Service Insurance Company in Nigeria. This award is the evidence our hard work and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
He further expressed gratitude to all Leadway customers for the trust and confidence reposed in them. Leadway has over the years ensured it provides consistent quality customer service to its customers as the customers are the main reason they remain in business. “The commitment to our customer’s needs is the center of our partnership with them”.
The company further explained that in ensuring they fulfil their promises to their customers, they have consistently shown examples of satisfying the customers by paying over N11bn (Eleven billion Naira) in claims for 2014 only.
Leadway Assurance is an indigenous private limited liability company formed over 45 years ago and licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) to underwrite General and Life Insurance business.
