Attendees are required to show up for the enrollment and verification exercise with originals and copies of their letters of appointment, evidence of transfer of service and acceptance where applicable and birth certificate or a declaration of age. The PDOs are also expected to represent medically unfit potential retirees who are exempted from the physical exercise, by presenting their paperwork and a certification letter from a qualified physician or medical board justifying their absence from the exercise.

The Commission advises all prospective FG retirees to participate in this exercise as it is a prerequisite for the payment of their retirement benefits.
