Stephen Molo, the police prosecutor told the court on Friday that the accused and others at large committed the alleged offences in May 2014, at No. 27, Salako Street, Aluminum Village, Dopemu in Agege, Lagos State.
He said that the accused falsely obtained 2900 pieces of Aluminum profile valued at N5.3 million from one Samuel Onwughalu under guise of paying him the money.

The counsel to the accused, A. R. Oladipo, urged the court to admit the accused to bail on liberal terms.
The magistrate, W. B. Balogun, admitted the accused bail in the sum of N1 million with two sureties in like sum, and adjourned the case to September 24, 2015. (NAN)
