Return government property within 24 hours – EDHA speaker orders ex-speaker’s aides
Elizabeth Ativie, speaker, Edo State House of Assembly, has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to all political aides to the former speaker, Victor Edoror, to return all government property in their possession.
Recall that the former speaker, Victor Edoror and his deputy, Bright Osayande, were on May 3, 2016, impeached by 16 members of the House over alleged gross financial misconduct, high-handedness, dictatorial tendencies, among others.

According to her, all political aides to the former speaker should return all government properties in their possession including official cars and keys to residential accommodation in the legislative quarters.
She said all the properties should be returned to the chief driver and the chairman House Committee on House Services.
