Ex-boys, students of Navy School Abeokuta mark 25th anniversary
As the Nigerian Navy Secondary School Abeokuta recently turned 25 years of its existence, the ex-boys of the school in conjunction with the staff and students have perfected arrangements to hold an anniversary celebration themed, “still excelling together.”
Speaking in a statement sent to BusinessDay, Tayo Balogun, publicity coordinator of the anniversary planning committee, disclosed to newsmen that the celebration is slated to hold on April 29-30 at the school premises.
The Nigerian Navy Secondary School Abeokuta is an all-boys School, founded in 1991 as Navy’s equivalent of a military school. The School is renowned for discipline and academic excellence and has over the years produced many students who have excelled in various disciplines in Nigeria and beyond.
