CMSA meets for 2015 third quarter lunch

The Capital Market Solicitors Association (CMSA) is set to hold its third quarter Members’ Lunch for 2015. The event scheduled for August 4th will feature Bola Ajomale, Chief Executive Officer of NASD Plc., and Jane Ijegbulem, Legal & Compliance Officer, also of NASD Plc. Ajomale will speak about “NASD and Opening Alternative Markets”.

NASD Plc. is a promoter of a Trading Network that eases secondary market trading of all securities of unquoted public companies primarily in Nigeria but with a focus on the West African region.

The CMSA is a specialised practice group of over 180 law firms with about 5,000 lawyers practicing in the Nigerian capital markets as transaction solicitors, advocates, and legal consultants. The Members’ Lunch is a continuous education as well as professional networking forum, organised by the Association for its members and other interested persons.
