SBL, CAC joint working committee meets today in Abuja

The joint working committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) meets today at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Abuja to begin deliberations on critical issues bothering on the improvement of business processes in Nigeria.

The Committee Co-chaired by Moyosore Onigbanjo, SAN and  Adekunle Omowole of the CAC will focus on the enhancement of the country’s ‘doing business’ profile globally, while seeking ways to deliver  prompt and quality services to the business community in Nigeria and other stakeholders.

The Section on Business Law in the first quarter of 2015 sought to partner with and establish a quality relationship with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) towards the enhancement of business practices in Nigeria. A Joint Working Committee was set up last month to promote regular and constructive engagements between the SBL and the CAC.
