Lipton excites consumers in weekly ‘Big Idea Promo’

Lipton Yellow Label Tea is offering its customers an opportunity to transform their big ideas into reality through financing in an extraordinary promo tagged ‘Big Idea Promo’ starting this May.

Since launching in Nigeria over 50 years ago by Unilever, Lipton has provided the much-needed refreshment for Nigerians. It is further spreading its refreshing attributes by making several Nigerians millionaires in this period of economic downturn.

Sarah Adoki, brand manager, Lipton, while announcing the promo, said it has been designed to reward and encourage loyal customers while supporting their creative ideas.

“We believe that everyone has a big idea that can improve our lives or even change the world at large and to transform these ideas into reality, we have introduced this promo. We hope that through it we would have been able to provide financial aid to our loyal customers to grow their dreams,” she said.

She added that millions of customers would also be rewarded weekly with cash prizes and lots of instant airtime, while urging customers who wish to take part in the promo to purchase a promo pack of Lipton tea and follow the instructions exactly as shown on the pack.

“Text the Best Before code to a number stipulated on the pack and then follow the responses to stand a chance to become an instant millionaire,” she said.

Speaking on the other leg of the promotion, Adoki noted that some of the millionaires would also emerge through a digital activation, where consumers would be asked to send in a short video of their big idea on social media. This, she said, was to ensure that everyone is given a chance to become a millionaire.

She said winners would be selected from all over Nigeria and that the offer remains valid while stocks last.
