Scanfrost opens second modern brand shop in Lagos
To further give customers delightful experiences around its brands, leading consumer electronics and home appliances company, Scanfrost, has launched its second modern brand shop in Lagos near GRA in Shogunle.
Strategically located on Agege Motor road opposite, the new brand shop is an addition to the first and exclusive Scanfrost’s brand shop on Allen Avenue in Lagos launched earlier in the year.
Arvind Sharma, managing director of NHPIL (manufacturing company of Chanrai Summit Group), representing Scanfrost, said the brand values its customer base and is constantly reinventing ways to better their experiences with the brand.
“We remain committed to our customers and are doing everything possible to make life easier for them. We have the largest service network pan Nigeria and the key differentiation of brand Scanfrost from its competitors is superior quality products, customized to the needs of our discerning Nigerian consumers along with widest and most assured after-sale service network,” Sharma said at the event.
“Our engineers are always on ground at our service centres for any support or repairs. Additionally, our excellent pre, during and after-sale services are testaments to our unending commitment to our customers,” he said.
Otunba Rafiu Ajisegiri, traditional chief of Shogunle, commended Scanfrost for identifying one of the most central locations in Lagos to set up such a scenic showroom. He noted that situating a showroom of that magnitude in Shogunle was a welcome development and that residents were eager to see how the area could further grow and evolve as a result.
The new store houses different Scanfrost’s brands strategically displayed for a quality and peaceful experience – the TV section displaying the range of Scanfrost televisions; a promo zone aimed at finding value-for-money deals; a showcase section highlighting key premium products, and a modern kitchen section that displays all essential tools that will help customers in their cooking endeavours.
