Cornerstone Estate entices buyers with N12.5m price slash

For home buyers this Easter season, Cornerstone Estate is the place to go, as the developer is offering price reduction as high as N12.5 million.

Officials of Cornerstone Real Estate Limited, developer and promoter of the estate, explain at an interactive session with journalists at the weekend, that the price slash is for the first five patrons of their houses in the phase II of their Oregun-Ikeja Housing Project.

Lanre Okupe, chairman of the company, says the price reduction, which is an ‘Easter sales promo’ is part of efforts to contribute to the growth and development of families and corporate bodies during the Easter period to own a home.

A prospective buyer that makes outright payment on any of the units, he says, will enjoy the discount while a buyer who pays 30 percent deposit and the balance within 180 days will qualify for N10 million savings.
