Buyology strengthens bond with customers, organises end-of-year party
An online store, Buyology, dedicated to selling different categories of products and providing information on how to shop online for maximum value for money, recently organised end-of-year social gathering for its customers.
The party which was the first of its kind by the organisation was an afternoon of entertainment with music, dance and cocktails for the customers.
The company, which was officially launched October last year, is based in Lagos and deliver customer products nationwide.
Speaking at the event, Yeye Durojaiye-Arogundade, CEO, Buyology, said “beauty, comedy and music are universal and it is the best way to engage the customers,” saying that most people that shop online were between the ages of 18 to 35.
According to Yeye, “We give guide on how to buy, what you should look out for when you are buying and tips on how to maintain the item that you buy from us, which you don’t find in other stores. This is to enable you prolong the life of whatever you are buying.”
The company has a certification on its site, which means one can basically shop with their cards which ensure maximum security. She said that people, who are worried about security, can receive the products before paying.
“We have a reputation of being reliable for delivery, which we will build on, so our name becomes synonymous with security and reliability,” Yeye reiterated.
