New Online shopping portal carves market niche

Householdmax, a new online shopping portal that has entered in the budding Nigerian internet-based shopping scene has promised to provide the convenience needed for working and busy families to manage their home and office affairs without interrupting their business and other commitments.

The online mall which is an e-commerce platform, focusing solely on women, children and the family, also aims to support the lifestyle of women all over the country.

Householdmax has a broad range of carefully sourced products that cover Household Essentials/Consumables such as toiletries & cleaning products, packaged foods, drinks, healthcare, baby needs, teens essentials, back to school items, storage solutions to organise homes and offices, watches, gifts & gift wrapping accessories, fresh flowers & planters and loads more.

Speaking during the launch of the store in Lagos, the Managing Director Aisha Abimbola Tinubu, the Managing Director, Householdmax said the focus of the store is to meet the needs of parents in providing house hold materials since the store is not everything to everybody but is everything to a particular segment of the market.

“I saw the need to have a company that will focus more on family with emphasis on the women as they are the ones who do most of the shopping. Women have a lot more responsibilities; they are more endearing and a lot more giving. I had to find a business combined with service that will help them alleviate some of that pressure and Householdmax was the answer,” she said.

According to her, “Our product architecture is expanding daily because we are always listening to what customers are feeding us back with and because we are always in constant discussions with vendors.  We make sure we remain focus on what we want to do because we are not trying to be like everyone else”.

While shedding light on the quality products the online mall offers, she assured that Householdmax will not compromise on quality which is evident it its quality control team, quality control policy and standard operating procedures that have to be followed.
