OAAN holds yearly meeting, elects officers
The Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN0 will hold its yearly meeting this week in Ogun State, where it is expected to elect new executive members that would steer the ship of the association in the next two years.
According to the secretary of the association, Emmanuel Ajufo in a statement, part of the agenda to be discussed at the meeting will include receipt and consideration of the reports as presented by the general secretary and treasurer on the audited financial statements of the association. Among other matters to be discussed at the meeting include granting authority to the executive council to fix auditors remuneration and upgrading of associate member companies to full.
It would be recalled that the outgoing executive led by Charles Chijide was sworn in two years ago. During his tenure, several reforms took place which resulted in clients increasing their budget for out-of-home.
