PRRedline clinches award

PRRedline has clinched another award as Nigeria’s Outstanding PR Company of the year 2014, for its outstanding works on local and international brands such as MoneyGram, Heritage Bank, Osun State government, PZ, Doyin Group, Myer Fruit Juice, and others.

This recognition came at the fifth Classic Africa Merit Award (CAMA) 2014, organised by the Classic International Magazine, one of Nigeria’s celebrity journals with diverse readership profile.

According to the organisers of the Award, PRRedline, a subsidiary of Centrespread Integrated Marketing Communications Group, was picked for the honour ahead of other agencies in the same category based on critical evaluation of the depth of professionalism deployed into stakeholders’ communications of the activities of the just re-elected governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola and for setting the pace in the handling of Heritage Bank’s corporate reputation.

Speaking after receiving the award on behalf of the agency, Aishat Bello-Garuba, head of strategy and business development, noted that PRRedline was grateful for the recognition by the management of Classic Magazine, adding that “the award has further challenged us to do more and deliver the best at all times for our stakeholders.”

Some of the other awardees at CAMA 2014 included Tigo in Children Drinks category; Hamza Al-Mustapha, Life Time Service Category; Titi Abubakar, Philanthropy and Service to Humanity; Foluke Daramola-Salako, Most Outstanding Actress of the Year, and OzzyBosco’s Mum, Nonye Mojekwu as Best Artiste Manager of the Year.

The awards ceremony marked the fifth edition of CAMA Awards. It recorded the presence of distinguished business men and women as well as PR practitioners in a colourful fashion at the 10 Degrees Event Centre, Oregun in Lagos.

The first executive governor of Lagos State, Lateef Kayode Jakande was one of the notable dignitaries that graced the event.
