Thousands of SMEs at connect Nigeria Business Fair
I had the privilege of speaking on the topic – “Developing Leadership and Management Skills for Business Success” at the recently concluded Business Fair organized by Connect Nigeria which is in its fourth year. The 2017 edition of the Connect Nigeria Business Fair event is a MUST ATTEND for anyone looking to network with local and international organizations across all business platforms. The recently concluded 2016 edition as the picture gallery shows was an overwhelming success. This year’s event held on February 27 at Eko Hotel and Suites and had in attendance thousands of business owners from all over Nigeria, 30 exhibitors, and 15 speakers at the three panel discussion sessions.
The theme of the 4th business fair, eBusiness and the Growth of Your Enterprise, was centred on growing small and medium enterprises via technology. In addition to eBusiness as its main focus, the fair also had a sensitization session hosted by FIRS on the importance of partnerships between stakeholders and the government with respect to paying taxes.
This event has created networking platforms for various businesses and entrepreneurs, and has also opened up avenues for enlightening individuals on strategies for sustainable business growth.
