Ukinebo Dare

Ukinebo Dare is the CEO of Poise’ Graduate Finishing School, a subsidiary of Poise Group. Her passion is to transform individuals through knowledge and experience. She works to make an impact in the lives of many especially the youth through Speaking engagements and various activities carried out in partnership with Nigerian Universities and other stakeholders.

Ukinebo is a Computer Science graduate of Benson Idahosa University. She also studied at the University of Bradford, United Kingdom where she gained an M.Sc. in Management as well as her love for Strategy and Marketing. She has experience in Strategy, Business development, Curriculum development, System’s administration and consulting. She is a well-rounded professional with years of experience in managing teams.

Her vision as she says it is to “Make a positive dent in this universe while I am here” and this informed her decision to join the Poise Group 3 years ago to set up Poise’ Graduate Finishing School and led the team that designed the Full-Time Employability Skills Programme which currently has attained an employment rate of over 85% of its graduates.

She currently runs Poise’ Graduate Finishing School as the CEO; teaching, motivating, consulting, grooming and connecting individuals who want to start and grow excellent careers. Her organization is set to ‘Re-Engineer The Nation’s Workforce’ with their newly launched revolutionary Employability Skills Certification, PSENSE.

She is also currently the Editor-In-Chief of Young Executive Diary; a career development magazine
