Aesthetics meets splendour at The Horizon
Not relenting in its effort to be the flagship developer of luxury apartments in Lagos, GT Rich Realty, owners of Lekki Gardens currently existing in four phases, has unveiled its new development of comfy choice apartments for savvy investors and intending homeowners.
Azuka Ugboh, media director, GT Rich Realty, who disclosed this, said with almost all phases of their previous developments sold out, they decided to provide their clients, whom they consider as partners, a new opportunity to invest in the ever rewarding real estate sector.
“The Horizon offers much more than a cosy apartment; it’s a unique waterfront residential development sandwiched in splendour,” he added.
Situated at the uptown neighbourhood of Nicon Town, the first phase of the new development sits on a large landmass of about two hectares and has as its close neighbours Stillwaters Gardens, Treasure Gardens, and The Rock Cathedral.
“The estate is a five-minute drive from Victoria Island-Lekki toll gate and within a walking distance from the Spar,” Ugboh added.
The estate is currently at its take-off phase, BusinessDay tour of the project site revealed, as piling is currently ongoing because of the topographic challenge of the location.
“Construction of the first two blocks of flats has commenced while piling of other sections of the estate is ongoing simultaneously,” he said.
On delivery, Horizon I will come in 8 blocks of two-, three- and four-bedroom flat apartments all on three floors including the ground floor.
“We are currently selling the two-bedroom flat for N15.5 million, while the three- and four-bedroom flats sell for N20 million and N25 million, respectively, for off-plan takers,” he said. “The development offers a good investment opportunity for any investor or even an intending home buyer because by early 2015 when the estate would be delivered, it would sell or rent for a much higher value.”
The estate, just like other previous developments of the company, is fenced and boasts of a well-paved access road. Other amenities expected in the estate on delivery include a mini-shopping mall, alternative power supply, water treatment plants, well-paved road network within the estate, street lights, and effective security system.
“The project is aimed at providing the growing middle class a luxurious waterfront apartment close to the business hub of Victoria Island. We would provide more exciting aesthetics at the second phase of the Horizon which will blend block-of-flat apartments, terraces and semi-detached houses all in one estate,” he said.
