At Weston Sheba Park, luxury gets new definition

At Weston Sheba Park, luxury has a new definition as the developer, responding to the growing desire for comfy residential apartments by the emerging middle class, has  employed rich architecture and uncommon building technology to produce what many have described as ‘comfortably residential’.

The park, a mini-estate developed by Energo Building, a private, engineering and contracting company, is a unique gated residential apartment delivered in 16 units of two-storey terrace grouped in fours.

Tucked away in the serene neighbourhood of the conservation centre along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, the mini-estate is off the second toll plaza along the expressway.

It is surrounded by other private estates and is just a five-minute walk from Orchid Hotel and about two-minute walk from the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF), opposite the headquarters of Chevron Nigeria and Chevron Estate.

“The estate is a comfy residential apartment developed for corporate executives who desire a fresh breath of nature after a long day,” Chinyere Eyo, managing partner, Chinyere & Co, the estate’s marketing firm, told BusinessDay. “The ambience of the estate is also another advantage for residents.”

Each apartment is delivered on a two-storey building consisting of a lobby, a guest room, a maid’s room and visitors’ restroom on the ground floor, a living room, well-fitted kitchen and a store on the first floor, all three bedrooms en-suite, and a mini-family room on the second floor.

Each of the five rooms comes with a restroom, neatly-fitted wardrobe, and modern electrical fittings. The properly-fenced estate also comes with a relaxation spot, a swimming pool and a decked club house with an aerial view on the pool.

Other amenities available for residents are a water treatment plant, a generator set to provide alternative power supply, car park space for each resident, interlock flooring, and well- constructed drainage system.

According to Eyo, each unit rents for N3.5 million annually, with service fee to be decided amongst the tenants.
