Beryl Shelter offers car prizes in a novel marketing strategy
Occasionally, some excitement comes into the burgeoning Nigerian real estate market and, this time, Beryl Shelter Nigeria Limited, in a novel marketing strategy, is offering cars among other prizes to people who refer buyers, sellers and renters to the company for transaction.
The company will on Thursday, December 11, launch what it calls Felix Grand Promotions which, it says, is in keeping with its tradition of innovative and elaborate promotion extravaganza.
Through this promotion, “in a no ballot, no draw, one referral, one car promotion scheme”, the company hopes to stir the property market in Nigeria by giving out brand new Hyundai cars and other prizes including 10KVA generators, 52’’ LCD television sets, washing machines and brand new Iphones for simply referring Beryl Shelter to intending buyers, sellers or renters of property in Lagos or Abuja.
The promotion begins from December 11 and referrers will qualify for the prizes at the successful conclusion of transactions of sale, purchase or rental of the relevant properties.
Abiola Afolayan, Beryl Shelter’s MD/CEO, explained in a statement in Lagos that the Felix Grand Promotion, which is targeted at landlords, tenants and property investors in commercial and residential categories, brings novelty to promotions in Nigeria, especially in the property and real estate sector of the economy.

According to her, expected guests at the launching included players in the banking, oil and gas, maritime, telecommunication, power, insurance, agricultural and real estate sectors amongst others.
