Centre Base set to build N10bn Park Gardens amidst slowdown in economy
Despite the slowdown in the economy resulting from falling oil prices in the international market, some developers, including Centre Base Consult Limited, are investing in development projects with a view to growing their asset portfolio and also expanding their footprints in the property market.
Centre Base, a young but very dynamic company, has perfected plans to deliver a lifestyle community in Warri Industrial Business Park (WIBP) of Delta State, estimated to cost about N10 billion.
Branded Park Gardens, the estate will comprise a total of 400 units of different house types including block of three-bedroom flats, semi-detached four-bedroom flats and four-bedroom duplexes.
Construction on the estate commences in the first quarter of 2015 and the firm remains optimistic of a positive response in all its projects, insisting that the value to be derived by clients in all its ongoing projects clearly outweighs their offering prices.
Speaking at its inaugural customer’s forum in Lagos recently, Sesan Obe, the company’s managing director, said his firm has successfully carved an identity for itself, explaining that it has secured the right to build the residential phase at WIBP.
Commenting on the company’s choice to build the residential apartments at WIBP , Helen Emore, project director, WIBP, said the company was selected because of its ability to distinguish itself from its contemporaries with its unique designs and keen attention to detail in home delivery.
The company is also developing the second phase of its Emerald Court in Ikeja – an outstanding edifice that proposes uncommon luxury for the three units of its five-bedroom terrace houses and a semi- detached duplex within a serene environment.
“Our Good Shepherd estate at Ketu which consists of 12 units of four-bedroom semi-detached houses and 58 units of four bedroom modern terrace houses offers a safe and serene environment for top notch family living,” Obe said.
Having carved a niche for its self in delivering top notch homes for private individuals and mini-estate, the managing director said the firm also decided to expand its services to the commercial real estate segment with its ultra modern AHCN modern office plaza.
The iconic edifice located at the Central Business District in Alausa Ikeja is conceptualized to introduce a new and distinct urban presence.
The high office complex is carefully designed to accommodate and provide an office environment to meet the growing demand for office accommodation in the axis, with its exceptional levels of comfort and modern convenience, space, structure and serenity.
