Construction begins on Ambassador Heights

KHI Ghana, in partnership with MAN Enterprise, has commenced site mobilisation and construction activities on Ambassador Heights, the first 5-star mixed use residential offering in Accra, the Ghanaian capital.

An extension of the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra, the ultra-luxury development comprises three- and four-bedroom City Homes for private ownership. Each residence will enjoy its own garden and access to the amenities and services of the surrounding hotel.

“We are extremely excited to be developing this one-of-a-kind project in Ghana and the region. Ambassador Heights will command a build quality of extremely high international luxury standards. Advanced design work and construction activities are ongoing with completion set for December 2015,” said Clovis Abi Nader, MAN Enterprise’s general manager. A limited number of Phase II inventory are currently available for purchase.
