Cornerstone in strategic partnership for expanded, off-shore operations

Cornerstone Real Estate Limited, Nigeria’s pioneer housing estate developer, says it has expanded its operations beyond the shores of Nigeria and, by this act, the company has positioned itself to buy, sell, lease or manage properties for Nigerians seeking such facilities in any part of the United States (US).

Earl Castor, Aesbus’ CEO, and Solomon Olatoye, a director, who visited the Oregun Phase II Housing Project, said they were impressed with the quality of finishing works they saw on site.  “This is one of the best workmanship that we have seen around during our short visit to Nigeria’’, the investors said, committing to partner with Cornerstone in many areas of their activity.

Okupe told the visiting investors that “our success thus far has been largely due to the efficient and prudent management of materials and manpower by the professionals within the organization and the provision of quality products at competitive prices”.
