Diamante Casa commences construction on Crimson Court, launches micro website
Diamante Casa Nigeria Limited, an investment company, says construction work has commenced on its Crimson Court, a residential housing project expected to be delivered in the next 12 months.
Following rising interest in the new project, the developer has also launched a micro website which provides basic information about Crimson Court and allows prospective buyers to register their interest by filling out an interest form online.
Crimson Court, a moderate estate located in the upscale Jericho GRA, Ibadan, Oyo State, comprises 12 beautifully designed terrace homes. Each of the three buildings shall have four terrace homes. The terrace units will be arranged on three floors. Public areas will be on the ground floor and two bedrooms plus a family lounge on the first floor.
The project design and construction are being handled by Structuracasa Nigeria Limited, an experienced development company which had, using its modular building system, done a couple of other projects including the Emerald Court at New Bodija, Ibadan and Legacy Estate at Akobo, also in Ibadan.
Jide Alade, the company’s MD/CEO, explained to BusinessDay at the weekend that the second floor of Crimson Court would consist of either an expansive full floor master suite or master suite plus an additional bedroom, adding that each unit would also have an attached maid’s room.
“This modern architectural style has light filled spaces through large expanses of glazing, ceiling soaring up to 3.6 meters and double volume spaces”, he said, pointing out that the estate was highly secured with high external electric security fencing, airtight entry gates, 24/7 guards, CCTV and shatter resistant laminated security glazing to ensure maximum security while retaining the beauty.
He assured prospective occupants of serenity as the estate is located in a mature, quiet, upscale neighbourhood with mature landscape, swimming pool and ambient night lighting. “Convenient services such as backup power, central gas service and water supply facilities; alternative solar power and smart home options shall also be provided for the convenience of occupants”, he assured further.
The project which could be viewed through www.crimsoncourtib.com has garnered lots of interest from discerning home buyers and pre-construction reservations have started and the terrace homes are selling fast.
Alade disclosed that pre-construction pricing of the a high end unit in the estate which measures 225 square metres is N50 million; the middle unit which measures 206 square metres is priced at N48 million. “Pre-construction sale ends on June 1, 2016 and prices are expected to rise by mid-June once vertical construction progresses”, he said.
