The demand by the growing middle class for comfortable apartments is on the increase, spurring more efforts by private real estate firms to build choice properties to meet this demand. Lennox Heights is one of such efforts.

The newly-built residential apartments, which are imitations of the London Terrace, stand at the very reserved John Okafor neighbourhood of Agungi Town, precisely a 3-minute drive off the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
