Fresh opportunities for mid-income earners as Gateview Court enters market

Changing market dynamics which have seen a significant shift in demand from mansions and supper-luxury homes is favouring the mid-income segment of the property market where over 60 percent of new product offerings are now headed, thus creating opportunities for the middle class.
