Global Property earns European CEO recognition for quality service

Global Property  and Facilities International (Global PFI) Limited, formerly WSP FMC, has been recognized as the ‘Best Facilities Management Company in 2015’ by the UK-based Eurpean CEO  Margazine.

Global PFI was selected for the Annual European CEO Awards after a rigorous process of selection involving a number of leading firms in the industry.

MKO Balogun, Global PFI’s MD/CEO, explained in a statement made available to BusinessDay that  “this is the second year of this category of award with others in Tax Consulting Company, Outsourcing Company, Technology Support Company, among others”.

Balogun said that the award which was communicated to his  company via an email from the Magazine was in  recognition of their contribution to the creation and development of the facilities management industry in Africa as well as the quality of their service delivery.

He added that the award signified the rising profile of his company in the industry just as it cements its leadership in top integrated facilities management in Africa and as a global player.

Announcing the award, the magazine stated: “… what was clearly outstanding and really impressed the panel was the work and research you have conducted in energy management which the panel felt was a very important factor in any FM business for the region going forward”.

Continuing, the magazine said, “this is in addition to all the good news associated with Global PFI in terms of their ability to work across the different industry sectors with real integrated services”.

According to Balogun, the award is also an appreciation of his teams’ commitment to best in class service delivery, noting that “as a company, we are excited to be recognized again for the second time in three years for our work in the industry and contribution to putting the FM industry at the highest level of business management”.
