James Cubitt says appointment to deliver Pacific Village remarkable

For James Cubitt and its authorities, their appointment by Pacific Ventures Limited to deliver a comprehensive package of work for a new master development called Pacific Village is not only remarkable, but also exciting.

Upon completion, this development will deliver luxury residential units and entertainment facilities in the middle of the village which is located in Dubailand area, and it is anticipated that construction will start by late 2015 with major entertainment facilities adjacent the project location.

The Pacific Development is expected to attract a greater share of the lucrative domestic and international tourism market to a city already garnering serious interest beyond its vicinity.
