Kalyteros Homes woos young families with affordable luxury at Peace Court
In a new effort to offer homebuyers opportunity to own modern luxury homes in a secured and serene environment without necessarily breaking the bank, Kalyteros Homes Limited, a private real estate development firm, has unveiled its Peace Court—a mini estate it describes as a unique sanctuary thoughtfully conceived to suit the taste and lifestyle of young families.
Tucked away in Ocean Bay Estate, a gated neighbourhood along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Peace Court is an uptown estate comprising 16 units of three different house types including 12 units of four bedroom terrace houses, two units of three bedroom massonettes and two units of two bedroom apartments.
The estate, according to its promoters, will on delivery marry functionality with aesthetics to meet the housing needs of individuals, families and savvy investors who desire a modern, spacious and well designed living spaces built to international standards.
“Peace Court is what you can easily describe as a luxury home that won’t break the bank”, Ademolu Oyenuga, managing director, Kalyteros Homes, told BusinessDay in an interview, adding that on delivery the mini-estate’s major attraction would be its innovative design which allows it to blend terrace units and apartments in the same premises.
Sitting on 4,000 square metres of land in the prime Ocean Bay Estate, Peace Court has the National Conservation Center, Orchid Hotel, Africana Amusement Park and other private estates such as Buena Vista estate and Lake View Park II estate as its neighbours.
Each unit in the mini-estate would boast of all the features of a modern home which includes a fitted kitchen with appliances, a common swimming pool and gym; a dedicated car park for each unit, 2 KW of Solar panels and a Fibre optic internet which will also be available for residents to use.
These amenities, Oyenuga said, is simply geared towards providing residents a living environment that breathes luxury and comfort.
A unit of the two bedroom apartment which boasts of a liveable space of as much as 105 square metres sells for N22 million, while a unit of the three bedroom maisonette with a liveable area of 186.40 square metres will cost N35 million.
The four bedroom terrace which comes with a roof terrace for relaxation and entertaining guests and a boys quarter sells for N45 million, while a unit of the four bedroom terrace extra which has all its rooms ensuite and boasts of a liveable space of 337.91m2 costs N55 million.
According to the developer, people who buy before the completion of the project would enjoy up to 5 percent discount on any unit purchased.
The first phase of the Court will be ready for delivery by February 2015 and the second by June 2015, Oyenuga assured.
