Lekki Gardens plans malls, office blocks for estate residents
In an exciting move to offer its estates residents opportunity to live, work and shop in one secured environment, GT Rich investment, promoters of the fast growing Lekki Gardens, is set to deliver at least five shopping malls and office blocks in five of its choice estates in Lagos.
The developer says the new move is also aimed at fulfilling its promise to provide clients (homebuyers) functional lifestyle communities that reaffirm its business maxim— Luxury you can afford.
The mall and office block which are currently at advanced planning stages will, on delivery, not only elevate the status of the estates as fully integrated lifestyle enclaves, but would also complement the estate’s aesthetics with imposing structures.
“Our new retail mall and office blocks branded New Lekki Mall was conceived out of the need to offer residents at each of the estates the benefit of residing in a functional estate that boasts of all the features of a Live, Work and Play lifestyle community,” Azuka Ugboh, Director, Media & Communications, Lekki Gardens, told BusinessDay in an exclusive interview.
New Lekki Mall which will be delivered in Lekki Gardens phases I and II, the Horizon I and II and Chevron Paradise Estate will host some of the most prominent retail brands in the country, Ugboh disclosed, noting that the mall, on delivery, will be premium destination for luxury shopping and commercial activities around Lekki.
According to him, like all the developer’s previous projects, spaces at the mall and office blocks are currently available on off plan sales, adding that the development of the facilities will kick off soon.
“We are still at the advanced planning stage of the project, as we are currently holding discussions with some notable retail brands to occupy the mall once delivered.
“The business suites will offer clients a contemporary office experience with its concept, fittings, and all other necessary finishings expected from a modern office space,” Ugboh said.
At Lekki Gardens phases I and II, along the Ajah axis, business owners can own a suite with an outright payment of N5.95 million, while at the Horizon I and II prices for business suites will start from N9.45 million.
Likewise, at the Chevron Paradise Estate, a shopping suite costs around N9.45 million or an initial deposit of N6.4 million and N337,500 monthly payment for 12 months.
Some of the features expected at the mall include, prime grade spacious shops, ample parking space, adequate security and surveillance services amongst others.
