Leveraging creative real estate marketing for Global Possibilities initiative
Riding on the back of its towering height in creative real estate marketing, Fine and Country, an international real estate investment and marketing firm, is championing the cause of women, the less privileged in society among others through a global possibilities initiative.
Reputed locally and globally for its unique blend of intelligent and creative real estate marketing and branding services, Fine and Country is also a keen supporter of various causes such as breast cancer and autism awareness, green living and lifestyle events such as golf and polo tournaments.
At the helm of affairs of this company is Marryanne Udo-Okonjo—an amiable personality and thorough-bred administrator—who superintends the company as chairman and chief executive.
Recently, the 5th edition of Global Possibilities Summit was hosted by Inspired Women of Worth (iWOW )—a pet project through which Udo Okonjo speaks to women, encouraging, empowering and connecting them to their best selves and one another to accomplish a world of good in the society.
Based on Fine and Country’s belief in raising standards not just in the real estate industry and the nation as a whole, she believes too that getting women to be their best starts from empowering the women and encouraging them to support one another to be the best in all aspects of their lives.
Udo Okonjo who is the founder of iWOW explained that the summit, which was held during the International Women’s month, was aimed at bringing together women, and the men who support them to learn leadership and entrepreneurship insights from experienced and respected speakers in an engaging and interactive atmosphere.
The annual summit also provides an opportunity for mentorship and seed capital for budding entrepreneurs through the ‘Tycoon’s Nest Business Pitch Contest’.
This year’s edition had an array of speakers which included Emmanuel Kachikwu, Executive Vice Chairman of Exxon Mobil; Bola Adesola, MD, Standard Chartered Bank; Nimi Akinkugbe, MD/CEO Bestman Games; Bukky George, MD/CEO, HealthPlus; Michelle Hammond, author and speaker, and Patrick Nwakogo of Dale Carnegie Nigeria. There was also host of corporate organizations such as Chapel Hill Denham, Access Bank, Hello magazine, amidst others.
Fine and Country had, earlier this year, gathered real estate professionals and practitioners under the aegis of Real Estate Leaders’ Network to share views on the core essence of leadership and how the continuous growth of the ‘leader’ is fundamental to the success and growth of the real estate sector.
Udo Okonjo described the network as a forum for the exchange of information and strategies that would mould and change the face of real estate in Nigeria, emphasizing the need for industry leaders to collaborate and share information in order to increase innovation and growth in the real estate sector.
The leaders network meeting, the third in the series, is a quarterly breakfast meeting of like-minded leaders in the Nigerian Real Estate Industry with the objective of networking, fostering quality business relationships, sharing knowledge, developing insights and enhancing business results.
