Bode Adediji, the immediate past president of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) is one of the leading lights in the real estate sector in Nigeria.

He is the chairman of Bode Adediji Partnership, Kontinental Developers Nigeria Limited and House of Estate Limited among others.

Adediji graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Estate Management in 1979 and also bagged a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree from Reading University, UK in 1984.

Regarded as very cerebral, Adediji was a National Undergraduate Merit Scholar, the best graduating student in Estate Management, and a Commonwealth Scholar for post-graduate studies in Britain. He has played prominent academic and professional roles for about 30 years in the real estate sector.

He is on the board of several companies notably UTC Plc; MicCom Golf Hotels and Resort Ltd; Financial Derivatives Company (FDC); Standard Alliance Life Assurance Ltd; Europress Nigeria Limited etc.

Adediji is a member of many professional and business organizations including Institute of Directors (IoD); Nigeria-South African Chamber of Commerce; the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV); the Metropolitan Club; IBB Golf Club; Ikoyi Golf Club, International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI); American Real Estate Society (ARES); African Real Estate Society (AFRES); Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board, and Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria.
